2004 Nissan Xterra - Back from the dead.

MTX is mounted in the console behind the shifter. I drilled through the back of it to run the wires so you can't see them. Flatbed was stupid. I set the parking brake and couldn't release it. I dragged it into the garage and worked on it for hours but couldn't get the drum off so I gave up. It's...

    Scottles Worth the Price?

I agree with most. The Tembo Tusk isn't worth the price. Not even close. It's all hype and overland tax. There's many better options out there. Best option would be cooking with cast iron on an open fire. Cast iron pan is like $20 and the fire is free. I use a jetboil stove when I don't have a...

Tire Pressure for a Fat Tacoma

I had a similar setup with OME HD Dakars, 885's, and nitrochargers. I usually ran 35 psi and never had an issue or instability. That was on 255 / 75 - 17 tires.

2004 Nissan Xterra - Back from the dead.

Yeah, I have to sell that. Someone came here and mentioned the sPod to me while he was helping me w/ the bumper. I started researching it v. what I had. Even though it was 5x the cost it seemed worth it so I went for it.

2004 Nissan Xterra - Back from the dead.

Installed the sPod. Wires the strykers to it. I have a lot of wiring to do in the future, but not this week.

What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Finally got the rusted hitch off (ordered a brand new one), lifted the front end to level it out after the bumper install, and installed a TJM snorkel.

    Overland Expo East 2022?

There's pros and cons. Any vendors offering show specials typically don't want to lug stuff home so it's cheaper and you can haggle. But, yes. Everyone is tired and sick of saying the same thing for three days in a row and the experience def. isn't what it would be on Friday or early Saturday...

    Overland Expo East 2022?

Yeah, correct me if I'm wrong but there's some camel trophy participants with 7P who do the training.
