At some point I will for sure. Nah, nothing left for the X. What I could take off to move over I took and everything else I gave the new owner. I do have a set of skids but you'd have to drive to NJ to get them!
Few pics from this week. I got a new DSLR and never really messed with one before. They are edited in lightroom, but I think they came out pretty good for a rookie.
The Ultraswing and Hitchgates are cool, but I agree the price is insane. They pop up from time to time used for $500 but you have to be jonny on the spot to find one. I always thought that if someone came to market with an affordable option they would make a killing.
I don't know exactly what you're referring to. I've been to PR. I flew there, rented a vehicle, met up with a friend that's into overlanding and had him show me around for about 3 days.
I don't remember the exact input on those days. But, on the flipside if it's cloudy or rainy it's not as hot so the compressor isn't running as hard. I've got a new rig now and ditched the fridge.
I'm pretty sure I have a ton of extra t nuts. If you want them just PM me and I'll send them to you no cost. The struts can probably be found on a competitor's site. The roofnest is just another re branded Chinese RTT that's sold to all different brands. I always hated their customer service.

Not looking to do a whole lot more. I've had a RTT on my Tacoma and it was great. In warm weather or when it's not raining I can store a majority of my stuff on the roof basket and still sleep in the back. I've been on the lookout for some waterproof cases so I can do that in the rain as well. I...
Thanks Michael. Def. a challenge having an older truck but it's a lot of fun. Just hurts when you realize the lights on the truck cost almost as much as the truck is worth. :)
