Used to live in Dawsonville. Miss NorthGA. Would love to get back down there and do some exploring again. Life moved me to Ohio. Like the Commander have an 07 Overland model that I will be modifying as life allows. Wife and baby to keep my busy. Oh and a house with a never ending list of...

“High-Ho Silver” 2004 Jeep Wrangler Columbia Edition Build

Looks like a great start. I have owned CJs and TJs over the years. For two people without a back seat they are doable. Change the Transfercase Shifter linkage out for shifter cables. The stock setup can pop out of 4Lo and into Neutral at inopportune times. Like when you are twisted up on...

2005 Jeep LJ - The Heep

I picket up an LJ for light off road and overland use. Its wrecked and needs frame repair, but looking forward to see how you work with the limited interior space. Is it just you or do you have family to accommodate on trips?

DIY Roof Top Tent using 80/20

You will find that everything will loosen up. From my experience 80/20 is great for concepts and getting stuff dialed in. I would recommend welding all the joints and through bolting anything you can once you have your design nailed.

Hi my name is Travis. I have been off roading and camping for years. Had an old CJ7 and now I have a Jeep Commander Overland and a Jeep Wrangler LJ. The LJ is wrecked and I am starting a build on it. I like to weld and fab my own stuff.
