There is also this above fb group which has a bunch of different platforms and businesses local to the bay. Although it’s starting to expand to sac and Nevada.
Depending what kind of off-roading you like, there is a crawling fb group called...
I’ve got almost everything except a lift and a tire machine.
But between race ramps and jack stands I’ve been able to get by.
Let me know if I can be of assistance. I’m just in concord. Thur-sat are the best days as my wife is off to watch the kid
Yep, the Ox locker is a great fool proof piece. No electrical or air to go wrong.
I wouldn’t drive around all day long with an ox or any locker locked 24/7.
Especially if it’s daily driven or a non aggressive rock crawler.
As for the LSD, it really depends. I had a rwd car with an r160 and...
I’ve had Air lockers and electric lockers. I’ll never go back to Air lockers. Too many things to go wrong.
As for your truck, if you have a limited slip diff now, all you really need is a little left foot brake to get the diff to lock up quicker and not spin so much.
But back to what you’re...
Superskidz for the truck are awesome and saved my oil pan on my zr2.
589 shock skids are awesome, as that is he lowest part of your truck.

I applied for s gmrs license last night.
I was supposed to call back to a guy at the ham radio outlet corporate, but life got crazy
I’ll try again tomorrow. He had a plan for what I should use, gmrs wise...
All the folks that run around here (“wheelin with friends” group)are using the gmrs. Which is how I even found out about it.
I guess they are saying the gmrs has repeaters around here, they have better distance than the cb, have the weather, emergency etc, use the family transferable 10 yr lic...
can anyone recommend a place that knows a thing or two about good coms, and set up in the Bay Area or sac I guess?
I’m not exactly sure what I need/want, and don’t want to be chasing “tuning” issues etc etc etc.
I’m trying to get a feel for what channels the folks at wheelin with friends are...
hey guys, trying to decide which cot to get.
I’m used to the Red Cross cots which were like the mil cots but with better material...
But since I’m starting from scratch again... I need something robust yet comfy, that I can sleep in my bag on.
It’s either going to just be under the stars or...
