Castle valley outside Moab, January 2nd, single digits overnight.

Little southern Vermont Backcountry last weekend. Got down to about 10 degrees.

Hit up a small portion of the trail yesterday around the collier mills/Manchester area. One of our crew was trying for his scuba badge and got stuck in not one but two giant puddles.

No plans but always interested. I would love to start exploring sections of the TNJT.

Thinking about exploring around Collier Mills tomorrow late afternoon if anyone is interested. Or have recommendations...

Been trying to get out and explore some areas around northern NJ. Most are borderline legal at best...Dead ended at this river crossing. the other day. Not up to that challenge yet. Can't wait to get on some sustained distance trails. If anyone has suggestions for north jersey lets hear em.

While I have moved on, I will always remember my 2004 Honda Element fondly. I think it may be the most underrated vehicle of all time. My Swiss army car as I called it. Makes for a great overland rig. Here are some pics from its adventures and mods.
