    Will you tell me how you like your RTT? How is the soft tent in the rain? How is it to pack up after a rainstorm? Does your stuff get wet inside when it's packed wet?

    I also apply 303 Fabric Guard to my entire tent and fly 2 times a year. As well as regularly removing the cover from the mattress and throwing it in the washing machine and allowing the mattress pad to lay in the sun to air out.

    RTT will only treat you as good as you treat them. The privacy they provide and the 5-10 minute set up time is great. They take about 15-20 minutes to rig down but they are loads easier than a ground tent IMHO.
