Hello to all,

My name is Rob and I live in NW Georgia. I have been following the overlanding scene for some time now on various social media and the internet. I have had a passion for the outdoors my entire life. I spent my childhood growing up in central Florida. I grew up spending a lot of time fishing on the St. Johns river, working cattle and working the fields on my families ranches and farms. As I grew older I stepped out of the outdoors for a number of years due to the normal things in life we all get absorbed into. A couple of years ago I made a new friend who helped me get back out fishing and introduced me to hunting and before I knew it I was obsessed with the outdoors again. I have always loved to explore. One day I was surfing YouTube and came upon a series called Expedition Overland. From the first show I became obsessed and knew I wanted to work my way into this lifestyle. I have recently parked my old GMC (RIP) and purchased a brand new TRD off-road Toyota Tacoma. I am very excited about where this new and dependable and very capable truck will take my family and I. I joined the Overland Bound community today and am excited for what new adventures this will help us take!!
