  • Bushcraft (40+ years but when I was a kid we didn't call it that)
  • Do-it-yourself redneck experience means i'll try just about anything and have at least some kind of experience with carpentry, welding, plumbing, electrical and underwater basket weaving.
  • Ham radio operator since 2017 (CB experience from 1979-now-ish) Getting into GMRS.
  • Biker for 35+ years....it's why I walk funny.
  • Photography business as a side-hustle for 20+ years.
  • Computer savvy
  • Big fan of anything solar
Basically, I've been told my hobbies make me the guy you want to know after the zombie apocalypse. :grimacing:

Experience: I've done a lot of motorcycle trips with nothing more than a small tent, a bedroll and 2 changes of clothes. My wife and I are experienced tent-camping people. We joined Overland Bound as a means to learn and connect with other overlanders.
