Its a GFC. I am a big fan of it so far, its been very good with the PNW winters and rain. It still offers the ability to use the truck like a truck and security of locking up stuff for daily use.
Got the call today, bumper landed. Install is January based on the holidays and work.
AEV bumper
Warn 12k winch
Baja Designs 30” lightbar
Baja Designs Amber Fog Lights
They are AEV, I had a local shop do it, the hours per corner is way more than I have time for right now. But the set up you see minus the GFC took 5 days of labor.
FINALLY got the first and major part of the install done. Fenders, lift, wheels and tires are done!! Just got it tonight and havn't seen it in the light yet but it drives great.
Late Dec or early Jan the front bumper, winch, lights and onboard air will go in.
Still looking for rear...
Ok your truck is awesome but how do you like that trailer, my girls parents just got theres and have been obsessed with it so far. Impressive build quality.
Picked up all this today, just night dropped it at the shop. Hopefully I’ll have her back Friday night. Getting the lift, fenders and tires on and wiring up the lighting
Bumper is still about a month out so when she goes back for round 2 it will be the bumper, winch, onboard air. Getting close!!
Just waiting on AEV bits to land, then she goes under the knife and saw. Sad part is I’ll be playing in Montana snow when the parts land, I was hoping to be built before this trip.
