I am a freelance writer, currently driving the PanAmerican highway with my husband, Jim, and my black lab, Aspen. We have been on the road since December, 2015.
We have been overlanders for years, having previously driven around the United States, around New Zealand,, up the East coast of Australia, and from Nairobi- Cape Town, taking in eight countries in East and South Africa.
In addition we have spent many years backpacking around the world. Travel, and food, truly is our obsession!
