More than that. There are both sunny and shady spots, as well as a separate "Honeymoon Suite" big enough for a couple of rigs. Of course, this is just, like, our opinion, so come check it out and let us know what you think.
Janet and I have a backup camp staked out, as the primary site is taken. The coordinates are 38.14664, -119.22348. If this isn't good for everyone we'll happily follow Mike wherever he wants to go.
As an adv rider of many years I would rate this 2 on a 1 to 5 scale. There are some steep turms you'll need to take with a bit of speed, a few ruts you can largely avoid, and 3 puddles that are maybe 12-14 inches deep that you might be able to side-run, otherwise easy-peasy.

Quick heads up re the weather forecast for this weekend. Temps in the 40s-50s, possible light rain early Saturday, evening winds with gusts into to 30s.
I just tried to call Mendocino County Roads, at 707-463-4363, but can't get through. You may have better luck from your phone, or we can wait and see - it's been a couple of years since I last went up that way. I was a good road then, but a bit "pinstripy" if you get my meaning.
