    These decisions are made by people who live in the city and are not affected by their edits on the common people. My cousin lives in Southern California and depends on a generator for power dues to the State's inability to provide enough power to the population. He is not alone.

    It is JERRY can. After the German fuel can of WWII. A super syphon is the best method I've found to transfer fuel. The trick is to have a good place to put the can above the fuel tank.
