I have always had luck with Firestone on 83rd and deer valley but they do not specialize in 4x4.

If your looking for spots, the Dunkin Donuts on 67th right off the 101 has a big parking lot, Dunkin on the northwest of Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant, and there is the Bosa Donuts on Cactus and 75th. These can work for coffee and donuts and have big parking lots.
