Is a basic 2 burner stove complicated? My last stove was a thrift store white gas Coleman. This one is much less of a hassle and exponentially faster. I live in Utah, open flame is rarely allowed. Who’d have thought me agreeing with someone else’s recommendation would be so controversial?

Yeah, I still have one of those as well. They’re like an electric stove compared to gas, it gets the job done but you’re gonna have to wait. I get (or used to get) a pretty hefty discount on camp chef due to working in the outdoor industry, that helped the price a lot.

Yeah, I hear ya. I always had a 20lb cylinder because my camp chef puts out so many BTUs. It easily fit it on the front of my camp trailer, but now that that’s gone I will need to find a new place. FYI, a proper milk crate makes a great mount for a 20lb cylinder.

Your tank is too small, it can’t evaporate into gas fast enough with the low volume tank and low temperature. Use a 20 gallon or bring a second heater to heat your 5 gallon tank! You may need a third heater to heat that tank, so maybe just go with a 20 gallon tank.

Yep, I’m aware. The 6 speed ZF transmissions were used in the F-150 as well. The steel pan and filter are a popular upgrade so you don’t have to remove motor mounts and Jack up the engine to replace the filter. But pretty much everyone uses ZF now…
