Outdoor adventures have been my family’s thing as far as I remember. My Dad had a electronics shop with all outdoorsman/ military employees who camped together most weekends. All had trucks they would try to outdo each other with. Sleeping quarters custom made, elaborate electronic setups for radio communications, skills learned during service. It was fun to grow up with such good influence.
Give a Hoot don’t Pollute, Leave no Trace, Stay on Trail were all staple to the group before the campaigns today.
2007 FJ Cruiser: ARB full rack, Grill Guard, Skid plates, K&N filter, upgraded all pulleys to new sealed bearings (always dusty), upgraded alternator to 130amp.....
Next is upgraded rotors, better brakes, lights, winch, lift for heavy load (motorcycle), tires. Not necessarily in that order but that’s the short list.
