I'm a widower of 2.5 years after my wife's battle for 3 plus years with cancer. I have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. I've lived in the Bay Area my entire life (67 years). I'm a US Navy Veteran, a licensed general contractor, also a licensed Real Estate Broker. I also work/volunteer with the Alameda County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue team. Better known as ALCO-SAR. I'm medical trained and certificated as an E.M.R. (emergency medical responder) I'm a musician (drums) and love photography and flying UAV or commonly known as a drone. I love outdoor adventure hence joining Overland Bound. I'm a big "gear guy" a ham radio operator and a pepper. My thinking is "1 is none 2 is better and 3 is best"
