Sea kayaker. Photographer. Occasional geocacher. Backpacker. Favorite places to backpack are the Grand Canyon, the Inyo Mountains, and Coe State Park in CA. Favorite offroad destinations are Death Valley, Mojave Preserve, Black Rock Desert NV. My wife is a working artist, with wonderful sumi-e ink drawings overlaid with watercolor.
