Personally I'm not crazy about them, but I've had them on previous vehicles (bought them with the spacers installed) without any problems. If you do them, make sure you get the hubcentric ones. It helps distribute the weight onto the hubs instead of relying the lugs to carry the load.

Not sure if the f150s have the same room, but there's quite a few guys who have mounted them under the bed of their f250. I have mine mounted on a Builtright panel in the bed, though. After using mine a few times, I'm glad it's not inside the cab. It's too loud to be mounted inside there IMO.
